Groden blocks distracting apps and websites on your Mac for the length of a work session, then lets them back in when the session ends.
A Pomodoro timer with a locked mode you can't talk yourself out of, and a command line and MCP server so an AI agent can plan your day.
Start a session with the lock on and it runs to the end. No pause, no early exit, one emergency release every seven days.
Block everything during a work phase, or only the feeds. Keep a separate list for breaks, or none at all.
Every session can be started, scheduled, and reviewed from the groden command line or over MCP. Agents can plan a day, but never unlock one.
Groden is in development for macOS 14 and later. It will be sold directly from this site, as a one-time purchase or a subscription.
